Kimberly Hard is an accomplished senior executive and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in planning, design, consulting operations and management of highly successful wellness-based spas located in both the U.S. and Middle East (GCC). She is passionate and on the forefront of forecasting current industry trends and growing successful spa ventures. A special focus on growing global relationships and executing business within the area of Wellness Spas, Resorts, Innovative Wellness Based Technology and International Trade. She has spent years developing powerful international relationships with a special focus on executing successful business in the Middle East, (GCC).
In 2012, Be Well International was honored as one of the finalists to receive the Georgia Governor’s Award for Most Innovative International Companies of the Year. Be Well International has designed and implemented both private and public customized wellness programs which have been featured throughout global media, including CNN International. Kimberly is an annual attendee of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland- Focused on “The Reshaping of the World: Consequences for Society, Politics and Business”. Her personal mission: To co-align each project with selected sustainability and humanitarian efforts, i.e. to create something bigger than ourselves. Kimberly and her family reside in Napa Valley, California.

Kelly is an accomplished Creative Executive with over 20 years of experience in varied entrepreneurial environments. Specializing in carving out new niches in existing industries, She has been on the forefront of several luxury trends in specialty food and wine. With expertise in product development, packaging, branding and messaging, she has rolled out several brands nation-wide in new categories including ready made meals, organic specialty food and premium wines.
Corinna White Legal Council, Government Policy, VP Business Development
Corinna has years of experience as a business attorney in Napa Valley. Her legal practice focuses primarily on business development and transactional services, which is highly influenced by her connection to Napa and her longstanding local relationships with influential leaders in the valley.
She successfully helps acquire use permits, navigate land use matters, and helps their businesses develop and thrive in the unique Napa culture. Outside of her legal practice, Corinna has also developed her own business ventures: an online legal document generation service and a niche tea brand that was sold in both online and physical retail stores. Her grandfather first purchased land in Napa Valley in 1958 and her family has continued to ranch and farm in the community since that time, she and her family reside in Napa Valley, California.
Lydia Mondavi Creative Director
Lydia Mondavi, is both Creative Director of Be Well International and the Founder and Owner of 29 Luxury Goods, Inc. and 29 Cosmetics, the first Grape Seed Age-Protecting Color Cosmetics, Skin care, Body Care and Hotel Amenity Line, made from grapes from her family’s winemaking in Napa.
With 20 years of experience designing and developing spas and resorts around the world, branding and formulating products for the luxury and mass market, Mondavi has worked with some of the leading resorts, hotels and retailers in the world. She has successfully worked with and created, branded, formulated and launched brands with Rosewood, Hyatt, Hyatt Andaz, Auberge Resorts, Neiman Marcus, Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth Avenue and Target to name a few. Mondavi blends her extensive experience, creative skills, sales/marketing knowledge, and her operational/strategic approach to maximize market penetration while driving profits to the bottom line. she specializes in creating brands and spas for profitability and success. She’s an expert in advising/focusing the client on branding, architecture, design, operations, sales and marketing.
Steven A. Rabin MD. Medical Director
Steven A. Rabin, MD, FACOG is based in Beverly Hills, California and is a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and a licensed Physician and Surgeon. Dr. Rabin has a passion for learning, teaching and helping and is a founding member of the Be Well International Team. His focus is on treating women that are interested in their overall wellness and vitality, especially as they move through the midlife transition and all the changes that accompany it. Dr. Rabin’s areas of expertise include fatigue, age optimization, hormone imbalance, bioidentical hormones, adrenal and thyroid function.
He is a frequent presenter and mentors and teaches other physicians some of the procedures mentioned here. Dr. Rabin has appeared in television news segments, including CNN Headline News. He is a dynamic public speaker for audiences or groups of all sizes. Dr. Rabin and his family reside in Beverly Hills’ California.
